We are a registered Arts Award Supporter and our community engagement projects can help you complete your Arts Award at Discover/Explore/Bronze/Silver levels. We work with young people aged 12-25 who participate in our community engagement projects. The majority of our Supporter activity is free. Please read the information below to find out more and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss how we can support you with your Arts Award.
Our award-winning engagement work focuses on young people aged 12-25 and prioritises participants from groups such as young carers, LGBTI, people with eating disorders, disabled people, refugees and those from minority ethnic groups. Activity is aligned to our touring locations and there will be opportunities for participants to work with a local choreographer to create a dance piece in response to our touring show. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new dance techniques, contribute to a new piece of dance and perform alongside the professional company at your local venue.
Create a response pieceLed by your Dance Artist you'll create a short piece of choreography with your group over a series of sessions.
